Facilities Overview

tower blossomThe facilities at Ashburton Baptist have developed in several stages over its eighty year history, from a small wooden hall in Marquis Street to the modern buildings that exist today. During the last redevelopment, considerable thought was given to those with disability, resulting in the inclusion of accessible toilet facilities and wheel chair access to the buildings via the Marquis St carpark. Gender-neutral toilets are also available.

The main sanctuary seats up to 200 people. Other spaces include a café , modern kitchen, and various meeting and activity rooms. The facilities are used by various church and community groups throughout the week and are available for hire through the church office.
